For groups (up to 20 people), it is possible to visit the museum accompanied by our guide, for a fee.
The guided tour lasts 60 min and is aimed at groups of up to 20 people. It allows you to learn about and explore the museum path, moving among the collections present inside the Museum. The interactive visit is a tactile experience that gradually reveals to the visitor the history of Veterinary Medicine in Padua, the techniques used for the preparation of specimens, and projects related to the veterinary world.

WHERE WE ARE
The Museum of Veterinary Medicine is located within the Agripolis campus (Legnaro) a few kilometres from Padua. A context immersed in greenery, easily accessible both by car and public transport.
HOW TO REACH US
By bus and tram
You can reach the Agripolis campus with two bus lines, Line U02 and Line E connect the city of Padua with Legnaro that stops at the Agripolis campus. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Buses depart regularly from the Padua bus station, which is located next to the train station.
By train
The nearest train station to the Museum of Veterinary Medicine is Padua Central. Numerous trains connect Padua with all major Italian cities. From the station, you can take a TAXI or BUS line.
On foot
The centre of Legnaro is about 1.5 km from the Agripolis campus. It’s an easily walkable distance of about 10-15 minutes.
By car
A4 Torino – Trieste Autostrada | Recommended exits: Padova Ovest o Padova Est.
A13 Bologna – Padova Autostrada | Recommended exits: Padova Sud o Padova Zona Industriale.
From these exits (after the tolls) follow the signs for the Agripolis campus in Legnaro. A large parking lot is available for students, professors, and visitors.
